All KAIST IP users must reregister their current IP by Dec. 10th. The information and communication team will make major changes in IP use on that day. IP reregistration is being done through the information communication team homepage (ict.kaist.ac.kr).
Users in dormitories and on the Seoul campus don't need to register, however.
The information and communication teams says that this action is for solving an IP shortage problem. It believes that only 10,000 IPs out of the currently registered 25,000 are being used.
This team also recommended that students participate more aggressively. "IPs not registered during this period will be cut," they say.
