Fees and Financial Aid

The registration fee for the Harvard Conference is US$225, payable online after application decisions have been made. Unlike the business conference, there are not separate fees for students and professionals. Since this is an academic conference, we expect all applicants to either be current students, recent graduates (out of school for no more than a year at the time of the conference), or accepted to and planning to attend an accredited institution within six months after the start of the conference. We will review exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis.

Limited financial aid is available to those who qualify, via reduced registration fees. Financial aid applications will be made available to accepted student delegates. The HPAIR Academic Conference application process is need-blind.

Due to the scope of HPAIR's program, we are unable to cover the cost of travel and accommodations. However, we are currently negotiating with our hotel and airline partners to maximize delegate accessibility to the conference. In addition, official letters of support will be available to accepted candidates.

For questions regarding financial aid and managing the costs of conference attendance, please check the HPAIR forums as an immediate answer may be available. For additional support feel free to email help@hpair.org.
