In this course, we study in depth the most up-to-date processing techniques in the field of integrated circuits (IC). Various processes on which todays IC technology is based are examined including deposition, lithography, etching, and packaging. This course will newly cover emerging areas of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) processing techniques.
