With the expansion of the use of enzymes, designing enzymes at the molecular-level and inducing their evolution in-vitro on the basis of their structure is the focus of much research. This lecture deals with designing enzymes fit for the purpose of application and also with studying recent researches on the principles and application of enzyme evolution.
