The Student Project for Asian and International Relations (SPAIR) is the official networking club of the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

SPAIR fosters the intercultural dialogue with Asian societies and builds close friendships between future leaders studying at the world's most recognized universities.

SPAIR meets Bayer MaterialScience - a Review

SPAIR_at_BMSA case-study and fascinating insights into the latest material science technologies - the first day at the production plant and TechniKomm science center of Bayer MaterialScience (BMS) was an exciting opportunity to learn about the Asia-related business of this distinguished partner of SPAIR-Germany for years.
Pointing the spot on international relations, the second day began with a paper presentation on the perspectives of ASEAN. The seminar closed with a speech on ‚Global Sourcing‘ and a presentation on the McKinsey Asia House.

SPAIR Post-Conference Meeting in Leverkusen

It is a great pleasure for us to invite all our members, and especially those who did participate in this year’s HPAIR and HCABF conferences, to get together to a post-conference meeting in Leverkusen (Germany) on 09th and 10th February 2007.

Bayer MaterialScience (BMC), as one of our major partners, is inviting us to visit its Leverkusen production plant and TechniKomm science center (Friday, 09th Feb). In addition, we will have a case study on “Innovation Leadership in the Global Synthetics Business?” which will be coached by professional engineers and businessmen.

On Saturday, 10th Feb, there will be speaches on current business and politics issues regarding the Asian-Pacific region.

International students and young professionals are invited to consider our Call for Papers to contribute to the program with presentations on EU-ASEAN relations.

HPAIR China-India Symposium, New York 2007

For the first time, the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations is organizing a major conference in North America. The China-India Development and Relations Symposium takes places in addition to the conferences and will be held from March 30 to April 2 2007 in New York. Deadline for application is December 18, 2006.
