| A park northwest of Daejeon known to locals as "1000 Buddhas". Visited in the spring of 2006 at the suggestion of Prof. Laughlin's driver, Jeun Byung-hak, who maintained it was more spectacular than local temples. The larger Buddhas here are the size of buildings. The golden ones in the choir are slightly larger than people. | ||
